Issue with rankmath score updation in all post list

    Hi team ranthmath,

    Facing a strange issue where the rankmath score of some of my posts is not showing as same on “all posts list”

    Please clarify if this a bug?
    What might the issue please.
    Its very confusing and disconcerting and we are unable to tell which is the actual score.

    Rankmath support our SEO work so we may improve our posts but this difference in score appearance is unacceptable!!!

    Hello @marketingtech,

    Thank you for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and Recalculate Scores.

    We have added this tool to update the score of the posts in bulk. Please use it and see if that resolves the issue. Once done, it should show the same score in the list view as you are seeing while editing the post.

    Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. We give you an option to choose between the two during the setup wizard and you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode.

    You can switch to the Advanced Mode from the top-right corner at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard

    Hello @marketingtech,

    Could you please clarify what is the page builder you are using for this if any, or you are simply using the Classic Editor?

    We use avada theme with avada own page builder

    Hello @marketingtech,

    Avada is not compatible with our plugin and that could be the reason that the tool to recalculate scores is not working as expected. You can get in touch with Avada and ask them to add compatibility for our plugin: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/

    For now, to correct the scores in the post list view, you will have to edit the posts and update them.
