Issue with quotes and apostrophes in post titles (HTML code is showing instead)

    Thanks for this great plugin! I noticed an issue with quotes, single quotes, and apostrophes in post titles. A post with a title like this:

    This post’s sharing doesn’t ‘work’ “correctly”

    Ends up like this when you share it to Twitter or email:

    (I had to post it as an image because the HTML code keeps converting to the actual characters on the forum here)
