Issue with query strings on image links

First, thanks for a great plug-in.
There were some issues when authors used photos from Facebook. I think it has to do with query strings behind the image links, and unfortunately Facebook uses them.
So for example, when my authors input image
https://scontent-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xfa1/v/t1.0-9/10711046_470703679736888_184964709740110761_n.jpg?oh=e7fbe92191c650284abea35dee30a339&oe=5513B91A
the plug in downloads a broken image.Then the url will change it to https://MYSITE/10711046_470703679736888_184964709740110761_n.jpg?oh=e7fbe92191c650284abea35dee30a339&oe=5513B91A but the displayed image will be broken.
I was wondering if this is the reason indeed and if you have done any testing with that… any help appreciated!
By the way, one suggestion for future: I think that when you post or update an existing post, the plugin will work automatically if it’s turned on, would it be possible to have the option to turn on/off the plugin for each post when publishing?
