Issue with profile photo upload on mobile

    Having an issue on mobile when users are trying to upload a profile picture. Works perfectly on desktop however the mobile upload appears to heavily zoom and crop the photo.

    Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    Hello @jmorley17

    You should see a crop frame once the image is uploaded. Users can manually select an area of the image they wish to crop and save as their profile photo.

    Is your cropping frame not appearing? Or is cropping not working correctly? Make sure it is not related to image rotation. Some cameras may not store orientation information correctly.
