• Hi,

We are experiencing an issue where products are showing as “In Stock” despite having 0 keys and 0 stock remaining. The only way to resolve this is by manually opening each product and clicking the “Update” button without making any changes, which forces the product to show as “Out of Stock.”

This issue did not occur in the older version of your plugin (2.0.9), but after updating to subsequent versions, the problem has persisted across multiple updates (3-4 updates). We had hoped that the issue would be resolved with the next update, but unfortunately, it is still ongoing.

Could you please look into this and provide a fix as soon as possible? It’s causing significant disruption to our store’s inventory management, and we need a resolution urgently.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.

Stock management was not handled in our plugin until the latest release. In the most recent update, we have introduced this functionality. You can now enable stock management for key-enabled products by navigating to:

Serial Numbers → Settings → General → Manage Stocks

    Please note:

    • This feature works only when the key source is set to “Manually Added” and stock management is enabled for the product.
    • Variable products are not supported at this time.

To resolve the issue for your products:

    1. Go to Edit Product
    2. Click on the Inventory tab
    3. Enable Stock Management
    4. The quantity will then sync with the stock properly.

Let us know if you need further assistance!

    Best regards.
