Issue with Product Price Display for Out of Stock Products Using Rank Math SEO
-
Hello Rank Math Community,
I am currently experiencing an issue with the display of product prices for out-of-stock items on my WooCommerce website. Here’s a detailed description of the problem:
Problem Description:
I use Rank Math SEO to manage structured data on my website, which is built with WooCommerce and the Hello Elementor theme. My site is configured to automatically hide out-of-stock products, but I’ve encountered a specific issue where the structured data for these products shows incomplete or incorrect information, particularly regarding prices. When a product goes out of stock, the price in the structured data either appears as R$0,00 or isn’t displayed at all. This results in the generation of rich snippets with incomplete details, which could potentially impact the visibility and ranking of my website on search engines.
Additional Details:
- My site uses the Hello Elementor theme and WooCommerce for product management.
- Rank Math SEO is configured to automatically generate rich snippets, but it doesn’t seem to handle the pricing and availability correctly for out-of-stock products.
- I’ve implemented a solution to hide out-of-stock products from the store front end, but I need to ensure that the structured data for these products is either correct or entirely excluded from the rich snippets.
Request for Assistance:
I am looking for guidance on how to configure Rank Math SEO to avoid showing incorrect pricing information for out-of-stock products in rich snippets. Is there a recommended approach to address this issue within Rank Math settings or through custom code?Any advice or suggestions from the community would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help!
