Issue with product name in feed

    Hello,

    I have recently updated to the latest version of the plugin and noticed an issue with the way product names are displayed in the feed. Normally, our products are named following the structure: Silver Ring “product name”. However, after the update, the product names in the feed appeared as Silver Ring "product name". This results in product names being wrongly fetched in different campaigns and channels.

    The issue seems to be with the encoding of the quotation marks. To troubleshoot, I rolled back to version 6.3.2, and the product names reverted to the correct format. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue while using the latest version of the plugin?

    Thanks for reaching us,

    Please update the plugin to the latest version 6.4.5. After a successful update, navigate to the Make Feed page and clear the cache from here, then reload the page from your browser. You’ll find a new output type htmlspecialchars_decode. Use this output type with your title; hopefully, your issue has been resolved.
