    Hi, I have moved my website back to my previous hosting, it is working fine, but having issues with Product categories,

    when I open https://example.com/product-category/autos/ there is no product in it. But when I see in admin panel there are 27 products with this category,

    permalinks settings also seems Ok to me, any clue?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that there are no products in product category pages on the front end, however they are visible in the backend, is this correct?

    Can you try the following troubleshooting steps and see if this makes any difference:

    1. Head over to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks, and resave your existing settings, without making any changes to the settings. Doing this will rebuild your .htacess file.
    2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, and do the following:
    • Clear WooCommerce transients
    • Clear expired transients
    • Recount terms
    • Regenerate Product lookup tables

    Please ensure that you have a good?backup?of your?full site and database?in place before doing this.

    If the issue persists, please can you share the following;

    • System Status Report – which you can find via?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

    Once you have these, please share them in your response here.

    Thanks for your brief response. I did every thing you suggest, and still fail to resolve the issue, however found bellow fatal error in log;

    Can you please also tell me default permalinks settings first? because I don’t remember If I changed permalinks settings in the past.

    I am using a purchased theme and my website was working fine. I changed hosting and I received errors in current database (while importing), so I have reverted back to old hosting, now site is working fine in every sense, but products are not showing in categories
