    Dear ctxfeed Support Team,

    I am reaching out regarding an issue we are facing with the availability of our products in Google Merchant Center, which is being transferred via ctxfeed.

    In the product detail view in Merchant Center, the availability is not showing as “in stock” (please see the attached image). However, in the product overview in Merchant Center, it correctly shows as “in stock.” This discrepancy is causing my products to be displayed as only limited in availability and not fully released.

    Due to this issue, I have been unable to display the products as fully available in Merchant Center, and they are only available in limited quantities. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring the product availability is correctly synchronized.

    Our plugin is responsible for creating a feed that will include all your latest woocommerce data if you have kept the feed updated. So, you need to find out if the feed has the correct stock status values. Please, open the feed on your browser and search for the affected item and check if it has the correct availability value. If yes, then you need to fetch/update the feed in GMC.

    Once you check the feed and it has the correct value, go to GMC and follow this video and update your feed.

    But, if the feed does not contain the correct value, go to manage feed and manually regenerate and check if the feed has the correct value. If you still don’t get the correct value, clear your website cache and regnerate the feed and check again untill you get the correct value on the feed. Once you have the expected data, go to GMC and update the feed and thus you can solve the discrepency between the feed and GMC.

    however, if you have the correct value on the feed and even updated the feed in GMC but GMC is still not changing it, please, wait at least for 24hrs as GMC takes some time to process new data feed or you contact GMC support incase the data is not changing even after waiting for a decent time.
