Issue with Pro Version

Payed for Pro installed and watched and followed video & it is not working properly, the images do not fit into the stills, circle styles remain square and it looks supper messed up.
Tried un-installing & re-installing now I am getting a fatal error:
“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”
Stubbornly I tried to purchase this plug in once more and istall that version, that will not work either…
New to this, very well could have done something wrong on my end, but don’t know where to go with this from here.
Features look fantastic in demo, but I cannot get the plugin to function properly and now at all.
