Issue with private page after login

    Hi there,

    I installed and configured Members and Profile builder plugins.

    After successfully logging-in as a user from the login screen, when I try to open the page with private contents, it asks for login again, while on other pages I can see the login from the wp toolbar. The same thing happens with the homepage too.

    Can you kindly help me? Thanks in advance

    Hi @pierovm

    When you say “page with private contents” do you mean a page protected by the “Content Permission” tool? If you use Content permission, could you double-check that the role of users who log in is selected in Content permission settings? That might be a reason why it asks for login again. Another reason is some kind of caching that keeps users showing up as not logged in without hard-refreshing.
