    Hello

    On mobile devices, specifically those recently out of date (so one or two older OS on iPhone) the copy/image does not show up. On newer operating systems it does, however. I have tried blocking the image so it does not show, hoping copy would instead be visible but that isn’t the case–neither show, still.

    Any ideas?

    Hey @habitualmom,

    Hope you’re well.

    As far as I can see, you checked the hide featured image on mobile option from this;

    But you are trying to refer even when you didn’t check it doesn’t show the image on some iPhone devices. Am I right? If yes can you uncheck this option to show me the problem?

    I tried on my test site but I couldn’t replicate the issue, so there can be some CSS conflict with custom CSS or any other plugin or theme CSS.

    Cheers,
    Oguz

    Hi Oguz

    Yes, this issue still occurs. I just de-selected it, so if you want to take a look now. The issue only seems to arise on some iPhone devices.

    Thanks!

    Hello @habitualmom

    Hope all is well!

    “Hide on mobile devices” option should be enabled to hide an image. I’ve tested the plugin from my end and could not reproduce the issue. Enable this option, and on your mobile device please clear browser cache from Settings before loading the page.

    If the issue still persists would you please let us know what iPhone device and Safari version you’ve tested your site with?

    Please advise,

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

    I am having the same issue. Popup works but the header text is missing. I’m using an iPhone 6-Plus and ios version 10.3.3

    Hey @zeonadmin,

    Hope you’re well.

    Could you please start a new thread? According to www.remarpro.com forum guides you should open a new topic even if the issue looks same;

    Unless users have the exact same version of WordPress on the same physical server hosted by the same hosts with the same plugins, theme, and configurations, then the odds are the solution for one user will not be the same for another. For this reason, we recommend people start their own topics.

    And we will gladly investigate this further for you.

    Cheers,

    You mean that the header text is missing?

    I see two pop-ups on your site, one is coming from this plugin. Please see this screenshot. Which looks like having the issue you’ve described.

    And the second one from the Hustle plugin which looks as it should. Please see the screenshot.

    Would you please share a screenshot to show us how it is showing up on the iPhone from your end and what browser you’re using? I’ve tested the plugin from my end and can’t reproduce the issue.

    Please advise,

    Kind regards,
