Issue with Polylang String Translation – WebToffee groups unavailable

  • We can’t see the WebToffee webtoffee_gdpr_cookie_consent groups in the Polylang string translation. We had a support ticket with WebToffee and they checked our site and found no issue on their side. Therefore they asked us to open a Ticket with Polylang. Please help to find a solution.

    We use the following versions:
    WP 5.5.1
    GDPR Cookie Consent Version 1.9.1
    Polylang Version 2.8.2

    Hello,

    No issue on my side either.
    GDPR Cookie Consent Version 1.9.3
    Polylang Version 2.8.3
    Update your plugins and save your GDPR Cookie Consent settings. If there is nothing in the database, Polylang doesn’t know there is something to translate.
