    Hi Daniel,

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention.

It sounds like IA is looking for a report that no longer exists, which is triggering this error. Does your site have any caching running in the admin? If so, could you try clearing that cache and check if this helps?

Otherwise, I think it would be best to check the DB table and manually compare to make sure that it matches the reports that you see in the Analytics menu. You can access your site’s DB and look for a table called “independent_analytics_reports.” Check the name column in this table for any reports that no longer exist in the interface and vice-versa.

    Hi Ben,

Thank you for the tip. There is no active caching in the backend, but I cleared it just to be sure. Unfortunately, this didn’t resolve the issue.

I also completely deleted the “independent_analytics_reports” table you mentioned and reinstalled the plugin, but the problem persists.

What else can we try? Would it help if I gave you access to our test environment to investigate further?

    Best regards,
    Daniel

Hmm that’s really strange. Can you reach out to me at [email protected]? We can discuss details about the test environment there.

    Thank you!
