Issue with Plugin Functionality on Website with Updated Theme Version

  • Dear ReOrder Posts within Categories Support Team, 

    I am experiencing an issue with the ReOrder Posts within Categories plugin (Version 2.14.5) on one of my websites. Here are the details: 

    Issue Description 

    I am using the plugin to customize the order of coupons on both the homepage and store pages of my website. However, the plugin does not seem to work as expected on one of my sites. 

    I have two websites using the same plugin: 

    1. Site A: Running Rehab theme Version 13.9.5 — The plugin works perfectly.?
    1. Site B: Running Rehab theme Version 19.6.5 — The plugin does not reflect the custom order I set.?

    Both sites have identical configurations for the plugin and theme setup. Despite this, Site B is not applying the custom ordering correctly. 

    Steps Taken to Troubleshoot 

    • Verified that the plugin is active and configured identically on both sites.?
    • Checked theme settings for compatibility issues.?
    • Confirmed that the issue is specific to Site B with the updated theme version.?

    Request for Assistance 

    Could you please advise on: 

    1. Any known compatibility issues with the latest versions of WordPress or themes??
    1. Possible troubleshooting steps or configuration adjustments I might have overlooked??
