Issue with plugin

Hello,
I’am using the pro version of the plugin whith WordPress 4.4.2.
When i try to create a slider, i filled in every fields and then i save it.
The issue is that the plugin tell me then, no slider found.
Here is a screenshot of the message
I tried to backup to wordpress 4.3.3, issue was the same…What can i do ?
