Issue with plugin?

    I have installed the plug-ins, and tried several times now through the site to get help, however WCFM, site won’t let me send an email via Contact page, or post on any forums despite been registered.

    Anyone else having issues with video products? Vendors can create downloadable products, images work fine, when bought it downloads fine and I can see the images in the wordpress panel fine.

    However videos, they download fine when bought but can’t be viewed in wordpress? I keep getting error 403? When I upload videos direct to wordpress they play fine, when it is through WCFM vendors I get a 403 error?
