to specify my issue is the product galery inside product page?

Your theme is v12.0 but the latest is v12.1.6. See the changelog:

One of the several fixes you’re missing out on concerns the gallery. I can’t say whether updating your theme would fix the current problem but it would be the thing to try next.

If you still have the problem, consider deactivating W3 Total Cache until the site is working. It can mask what’s going on.

    Hi Lorro,

Thank you very much, I desactivated the extension W3 Total Cache and it fix my issue. Now, I was wondering, could I use this extension later or can I use another extension which does the same job without blocking my pictures ?

Thank you very much for your help.

    Best regards

Its likely that the cache in W3 Total Cache was not flushed, or not fully flushed. Its a while since I used it, but I recall there are a few options for clearing part of the cache and they can be confusing at first. Study the settings and make sure the cache is fully flushed. Its a popular plugin so its unlikely that it doesn’t work.

I use Fastest Cache. It has an easy to reach menu item at the top of the Dashboard to flush the cahce.

There are other good cache plugins around.

Lorro offered some great suggestions for caching and we haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions please feel free to start a new thread.
