• Hello,
I am having an issue where the elementor builder does not load when phlox core plugin is activated. I have tried disabling all other plugins but the problem only happens when phlox core plugin is active. The problem is that when I open the elementor builder, the side menu does not load. When i disable phlox core plugin and try again, that is when elementor loads properly.

    Please help with this issue.

  • following, same issue here.

There are a lot of live threads currently with the same issue. Old threads with the same issue where ppl are responding and new threads at the plugin support page (Shortcodes and extra features for Phlox theme)

I also have an error with the element pack. A plugin they use a lot in their demo content. It caused a 500 error with the phlox theme.

Created a ticket too in their support centre. If something pops up there, I’ll let you know.

    Goodluck

    :s

Same here. I sent them a message on Wednesday and they responded the same day that they are aware of the issue and would be releasing an update to the Phlox theme in the next couple of hours that would address the issue. That was Wednesday.

Guys, I was in touch with Phlox support. They’re aware of the issue, just like Leeleespree mentioned. As a workaround, rolling back to elementor 2.9 helped me. I was able to access the widgets again.

    They’re working on a fix.

This is really, really frustrating. I’ve tried rolling back to almost every previous version , but it hasn’t helped. If I roll back to previous versions, I can access the editor panel, but the actual content of my post (the phlox widgets i used in the post, like advanced-image/gallery/before-after-slider/testimonial) is gone. And I’m not able to drag any new widgets onto the page. I don’t know what to do. I’m unable to move forward with my work and have been for 5 days now.

I had a similar problem today with elementor and phlox all day.

Basically only with Phlox plugins active it was giving problems when using elementor (grey page without displaying modules).

I tried several times to uninstall and reinstall elementor, but it didn’t work.

The only thing that worked was to disable the Phlox plugin, then go under the Themes settings, and update to the latest version the Phlox theme.

At this point with Elementor updated to the latest version and the Pholx theme updated it worked.

I hope it can work for you as well.
