Issue with Permalinks

I have permalinks still pointing to Hyper Text Transport Protocol even though I have installed certificate on my website. As someone suggested me to go to Settings -> General and modify WordPress Address URL and Site Address URL but both the options are grayed out and I am unable to modify. Please suggest me an alternative so that I can change all the permalinks to point to Hyper Text Transport Protocol Secured?
