Issue with PayPal Payment Error After WooCommerce Update

After the recent WooCommerce update, we are encountering a critical issue where customers are unable to complete payments via PayPal. The error message they receive states: “This card can’t be used for your payment. Let’s try a different card.”
Steps to Reproduce:
- Customer adds items to the cart and proceeds to checkout.
- Selects PayPal as the payment method.
- Attempts to complete the payment.
- Receives error message: “This card can’t be used for your payment. Let’s try a different card.”
Additional Information:
- The issue started immediately after updating WooCommerce to the latest version.
- No changes were made to our PayPal/WooCommerce account or settings.
- All other payment methods (e.g., Cheque, bank transfers) are functioning correctly.
- We have tested with multiple PayPal accounts and different browsers, but the issue persists.
Urgency: This issue is significantly disrupting our checkout process and impacting customer satisfaction. Please prioritize this ticket accordingly.
