Issue with password reset

Hi’ll,
I am issue with password reset. Initially I wasn’t able to logon to my blog as I didnt remember logon credentials and also I wasnt getting emails to my email for password reset.

I got help from fellow blog member Alism and I started getting emails for password reset to my email. When I tried to reset the password with the steps mentioned in the emails, I was still not able to logon with the new (changed) password.

Finally I used the password recovery script and manually reset the password.I did get the email from WordPress confirming the password which I reset too. But I am still not able to logon to my blog as admin as user and the password which I reset to.

Please advice
