issue with password protected pages

  • this page is password protected and is not marked as private. The issues seems to be that WPSHIDELOGIN seems to interpret this as a failed login and require that the user login via the wp-login page,… is this WAD or maybe an error.. There is also a limit-login attempts plugin as well. any advices would be helpful

    Thanks for using WPS Hide Login.

    So, you set a page as protected by a password. And when you enter the password to reach it, it’s returned as incorrect or are you redirected to the login page ?

    hi, am presented with a login page. apparently it is basic wordpress.

    i have turned it off and the password protected page is shown without needing to login.

    I don’t have this issue on my tests.

    Have you tried to deactivate every plugins except WPS Hide Login to check any conflict ?
