Hi, thanks for a great plugin.

    This is an intermittent issue.

Sometimes the password strength “indicator bar” doesn’t kick in, just simply states “Password strength is not strong enough”. Then if you refresh the page, the password strength test may work, and after refreshing again, it might break again, or work. So, its not consistent, but happens enough that customers complain the password is always too weak even though it meets the validation requirements.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in,

We tried to replicate this issue over here on our testing sites. But, we were unable to find such an issue.
Since this issue is not being replicated in our testing sites, this might be a plugin conflict. Would you please check once?
For this, please refer to the documentation in the link below.

If this doesn’t help, please let us know.

    Regards!

    Hi Sandip

I’m still checking through plugins. Keep this open please. This is not resolved.

I couldn’t find a plugin conflict, but I noticed that issue mostly occurs when trying to complete the form in incognito mode, so I added an exception in the cache plugin for the page. It seems like it may have been a cache issue, as once I removed the page from caching, the form behaved consistently, across different sessions and browsers. I’ll see how it goes from here on, If I get more user complaints.
