issue with order number

  • Hello Xendit Team,

    kindly please advise, regarding the following issues we are currently facing:

    1. In our Xendit dashboard, we have encountered an order number that does not appear in the WordPress order report. For instance, in Xendit dashboard, we identified order number 217465, but when we checked in WordPress, we were unable to locate this specific order number.
    2. On our Xendit dashboard, order number 217471 shows a payment of 149,000, but in WordPress, the same order number indicates a payment of 0.
