Issue with optimized images not being pulled

    Hello!

    I’m trying to use the image optimization in LSCWP for the first time, but I’m running into issues. After sending the optimization request, the optimised images are stuck on “Images notified to pull: 1 group (3 images)”, adding more groups and images to the “Images notified to pull” whenever I send a new optimization request until the tool prompts me to pull the images optimized before making more requests.

    What may the problem be?

    The report number for my LiteSpeed report is ZQTMKNYK.

    please confirm me what is your site origin IP ? is it 94.xxx.xx.218 ?

    have you tried to click “clean up unfinished data” and then send again ? once send again , wait for few minutes , see if it can pull back images
