• Dear @senols,

First of all, thank you for your awesome plugin! I really appreciate it.

However, I’m facing an issue with the OpenAI API. After adding my API key, the chat is not working, even though there are no errors. Interestingly, it works perfectly on two other websites.

Do I need to configure anything specific in your plugin, or does OpenAI have any restrictions on using the API with multiple websites?

    Looking forward to your insights.

    Best regards,
    Daniel

    Hi @virtual03,

Thank you for your kind words.

Here are some debugging steps you can try:

    – Open Chrome Developer Tools and switch to the Network tab.
    – Go to the Posts page.
    – Hover over any post and click “Suggest Title” to check if you receive a response.
    – If there’s no response, check the Network tab for any error messages.

Please see the attached screenshots for reference and let me know the results.

    Hello @senols,

Thank you for your response and the helpful troubleshooting steps.

I have performed the tests you suggested, and the “Suggest Title” feature seems to be working in its current form. I have attached a screenshot for reference.

However, the issue with the chat widget persists. If you’d like, I can provide admin access so you can have a better overview of the situation.

Let me know how you’d like to proceed.

    Best regards,
    Daniel

    Hello @virtual03,

I apologize for my late reply.

If the “Suggest Title” feature is working but the chatbot isn’t, it usually means your server doesn’t support SSE or something is preventing it from working properly.

You can read more about SSE here:

    https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Server-sent_events/Using_server-sent_events

To confirm this, please go to your bot settings, turn off “Streaming,” then reload the page and test again.

    Hello @senols,

Thank you for your support. The issue is only partially resolved. When I disable “Streaming” in the chatbot settings, it works fine. However, AI Forms still do not function properly.

The problem cannot be related to my server because your plugin works perfectly on another website.

    Best regards,
    virtual03
