    Hi,

We have a user that is gets a WordFence block page when she tries to login:

“A potentionally unsafe opeartion has been detected…”
“Your access to this service has been limited…”
“Block Reason: A potentionally unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site”

Her email address is contains the “onmessage.ca” domain name. Could that be the reason? How/where could we whitelist this?

    Thank you!

Hi @hard-boiled-greg, thanks for reaching out!

May I ask what the Live Traffic page says about the block for this user? You may need them to attempt to log in again if it’s not easy to find the record by filtering the results by “Logins and Logouts”, or just looking at the most recent blocks in the list.

When clicking any line (or “eye” icon) to expand it, it will state the reason that Wordfence blocked an action in red text. Sometimes you’ll see an “ADD PARAM TO FIREWALL ALLOWLIST” button here which you can click to allow these types of request in future… Although if you don’t, it’d be good to see a copy of the red text if it doesn’t point to something you can immediately change in your All Options page.

    Thanks,
    Peter.
