Issue with normal user login

    I recently installed WordFence on 4 websites, with MainWP to synchronize the settings (so all should have the same settings). The firewall is still running in learning mode.

    Everything is working fine so far except for one site. When log in in to this one as a normal user (subscriber) the site hangs completely. Without log in or log in as administrator or user with additional rights everything runs normally.

    Any clues what this could be?

    Can you send a diagnostic report from that site to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    Sent you a diagnostic report as you described. However, according to my mail log no mail went out, I hope you have received it in another way?

    Hello @regnalf and sorry for the delay!

    I didn’t receive it. Can you visit the Diagnostic page again and click “Export” then attach it to an email to wftest @ wordfence . com with subject ” regnalf for WFADAM ” so I can locate it easily.
