I have been looking for the same issue in the threads and only found an old (two years ago) one that was already fixed.

I am using two different websites, both with MailPoet, and both have exactly the same setup for the Newsletter email (each time a new post is published). When subscribers receive the post notification by email, they cannot reach any of the linked urls because they are not converted from the tracked links generated by MailPoet.

They don’t even go to the homepage despite the format is like this:

    https://asescoin.es/?mailpoet_router&endpoint=track&action=click&data=WyIyIiwiNjljOTJkIiwiNyIsIjA3MTE1ZGQxYTc3OSIsZmFsc2Vd

I had the Partial tracking activated so I had to disable it (backing to Basic) but I cannot track anything like I do in the other website (where it is working normally with the same config).

    Any help to fix it?

    Thanks

    Hi again,

After trying serveral solutions, I detected the issue.

It is just a conflict between mailpoet tracked links and a Maintenance plugin I had activated (but disabled). As soon as I have removed that plugin, links work perfectly.

Perhaps this helps someone in the future!

    Thanks anyway!
