Issue with ninja forms

  • Hi,

    I’m facing an issue with Asset Cleanup & Ninja Forms. Whenever I install & activate Asset Cleanup my Ninja Forms stops working. The page failed to load.
    I have specific requirement where I need to use Ninja Forms & I love Asset Cleanup. I want to use both of these plugins but it’s not working.
    I created a separate fresh install, where I just installed the Ninja Forms & created the form. The page & form load without any issue. then I installed Asset Cleanup & activated it. I came back to the page where the form was & hit reload. Suddenly the page failed to load. I checked the console, there was no error & when I checked the network tab it shows only 2 or 3 assets getting loaded.
    If I disable the plugin, it works normally.
    I have a live site, where facing same issue.
    I have a staging site(different domain & hosting), there also same issue.
    This is fresh wordpress installation & this also ran into same issue.

    I need your help to solve the issue. If you need admin access, please let me know.

    @tanmoyweb first, my since apologies for this late reply! You’re saying the page fails to load where a ninja form is implemented. I’ve tested that om the URL you provided and the page loads fine. There are no JS errors there (I paid attention to any related to Ninja Forms) and the same thing happens when I access /?wpacu_no_load (which loads the page without Asset CleanUp triggering at all, it’s used for debugging purposes), no errors at all.

    When you’re saying “The page failed to load.“, is a white page showing up? Are there errors printing, but the page eventually loads? If you can help me debug this, I’m willing to offer you a license for the Pro version.
