Hello,I’m encountering an issue with the Easy Forms Builder plugin when creating new forms on my website. The problem is that the new forms are not rendering correctly; instead, they display as code on the page.Details:The older forms are working fine and display without any issues. This issue has been recurring for the past two days.Previewing the page with the new forms is frustrating because they do not appear as expected.I’m using the latest versions of both WordPress and the plugin.Steps to reproduce the issue:1. I create a new form using the plugin.2. I save the form and preview it.3. The page displays the form as code instead of the proper layout. What I’ve tried:I tried disabling other plugins to see if there was a conflict, but the issue persists.I also attempted to create new forms from scratch, but the same problem occurs.I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Thank you!

    My website is https://form.ahumi.edu.vn/registration/

As we previously communicated via email, and following WordPress guidelines, we addressed your challenge through email since you are a Pro user. We are also sharing the same response on the WordPress forum, so that others encountering a similar issue can understand the situation.

The message, “You are experiencing issues with JQuery. Please contact the administrator for assistance. (Error code: JQ-500),” appears because another plugin or theme has altered the default version of JQuery provided by WordPress. As a result, our plugin is unable to utilize JQuery properly, which triggers this error message. The primary cause is that a plugin or theme has modified the default version of JQuery in a non-standard way, leading to this issue with Easy Form Builder.

    Best regards,
