Issue with Nested Forms

Hello –
There seems to be an issue when using Nested Forms (Gravity Wiz) with Sticky list.
When clicking ‘edit’ on a Sticky list entry then after the entry loads in the form, when clicking the Nested Form button to load the child form, the child (nested) form does not load right.
It loses the text on the submit button, the ‘X’ to close it and placeholders don’t seem to all work right. (some do, some don’t)
I contacted Gravity Wiz and they sent me a diff file to send to you guys.
Also I can provide a url with an example page showing the issues notes above.
