    Ok here is my problem

I set this up on a desktop and thought wow this is good,,, I then notice on my phone one element did not work,

I have a product enquiry button on each of my products and when you click the button, it brings up a form to fill in… so the user can ask questions, as this is a catalogue site…

However no matter how I tried I just cannot get the form to appear on a mobile and trust me I have spent days going through each option and clicking or removing the tick boxes the deleting the server and local cache then re validating the cache, so it has taken me a lot of time and effort

If I de activate this plugin it works fine on mobile and the form appears… so either I am missing something or something is affecting the site… and yes I have deactivated all plugins . so I was going to buy this as its quite good and ignoring page speed tests where I have had to tweak some code,, it loads my product pages quite fast…

    So advice please!

In short on a mobile when I click the ask a question button it goes back to the top of the page when it should open a contact 7 form for customers to ask questions…

I have supplied a link to one of the products and if you scroll down you will see the button and its action.. yet like i said this does not happen on a monile and trust me i have tried..

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thanks.

We are looking at the page:

    1. Ther is no Accelerator optimization
    2. There are lot of 404 CSS (like /wp-content/plugins/real-cookie-banner/public/lib/animate.css/A.animate.min.css,qver=4.1.1.pagespeed.cf.M3aj0gs58u.css).

Thanks, checked: the form is opened. Have U tried? We noticed that it can work not from first click. To fix that pls adjust ‘First click delay’ here: https://www.s-sols.com/docs/wordpress/accelerator/settings-accel/settings-scripts-accel#interact (e.g. to 500 ms). Ans update the cache.

    great fantastic…Just one last thing

In pagespeed I am getting some unused css prompts

they come from this URL https://grabzies.com/wp-content/cache/seraphinite-accelerator/s/m/d/css/ef52ea094b97a6e005236320292e182c.2443e.css

which is one of your directories

is this because these folders should be removed from the directory?

I must say this is quite a nifty bit of kit once you get used to its workings. my page load on mobile is almost instant and without error!

Ok i did a lot of the work on best practice and seo values, but i just could not get my preformance scores above 81 and with this plugin although 90 its in the green… and my fcp has dropped from 2.3 seconds to 1.7 which I can definetly live with… so thanks again — credit where credit is due!

Ok i have found another problem and again it is when viewing my form…

for some strange reason it works in firefox developer edition but in normal firefox, chrome, opera, and edge it does not.

    So here is my problem

when signed out it works as it should in all browsers but when signed in the form appears to become transparent

The above shows the background image or colour has dissapeared… this is onlu when signed in!

this is how it normally looks

guess i will not be nuying this and explaining to everybody how this plugin wrecks their site and showing and telling them what to check for to ensure it actually works…., so you have lost a sale and people are going to find out how bad this is and the hours and hours they have to spenc clearing all browser caches, site cashes and this plugins cache….

    NOT PROFESSIONAL

and please put that your help function on this plugin is limited to 3 questions for I am going to demand wordpress make you comply with their rules

Such approach prevents from getting free support from our side and selling best optimization with cracked versions on another side.

    Thank you for understanding.
