Issue with Mesmerize Companion Plugin

Hi,

This is not the default behavior of LoginPress.
I have replicated your issue in my local environment.

As for the infinite Ajax loader, you can use this fix to remove it.
Copy and Paste the following piece of code in your functions.php file and it will resolve your current issue

add_action( 'customize_controls_print_footer_scripts', 'loginpress_mesmerize_callback', 10 );

function loginpress_mesmerize_callback() {

if ( isset( $_GET['autofocus'] ) && 'loginpress_panel' == $_GET['autofocus'] ) { 

  ?>

  <script>

document.querySelector('#cp-full-screen-loader').classList.remove('active');

  </script>

  <?php

}
}

However, Mesmerize Companion Plugin has an issue that doesn’t let other page/s customize which is not a part of the theme ( In this case Login Page ).

Here the issue is not in LoginPress.

@wparslan tried your code using “Code Snippets”, but it didn’t worked. Don’t know why. No prob, changed theme from “Mesmerize” to “Astra”. Now my site is really easy to handle. Thanks for your support! ??

Hi @minhazul007

The solution provided above and in this Support thread do the same thing which is to hide the loader.

However, after hiding the loader user cannot publish the changes as the Mesmerize has some issue in saving the changes.

That is great to know that the issue is resolved by you by moving to the Astra theme.
