Issue with Manual Translations Not Displaying Properly in TranslatePress

    Dear TranslatePress Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. I’m experiencing an issue with your plugin and I’m seeking your assistance in resolving it.

    I have made manual translations for my menu using the dedicated interface with the URL ending in /?trp-edit-translation=true. However, I’m encountering a peculiar problem where, upon loading the page, I initially see the correct translation displayed, but then, after a couple of seconds, it changes unexpectedly to a different, undesired translation.

    I’m at a loss as to what could be causing this and how to rectify it. I’ve checked my settings, but I haven’t found anything that would explain this unexpected behavior.

    I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance you could provide to help me resolve this issue. Thank you very much in advance for your time and support.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching us!

    Do you have any caching plugin installed on your website?

    If yes, then you can clear your cache first then disable it and try to add the same translation again to that specific string and see if the translation appears correctly.

    If this won’t solve the problem, I’ll ask you to send me a screenshot with the string and their translation in the Translation Editor and one screenshot of how the string looks on the front end.
