On Site health, I have these 2 Critical issues. The REST API encountered an error, and Your site could not complete a loopback request.
I did some research, what I found out is a plugin conflict. if I disable WooCommerce the errors will be gone, but I can’t have Woocommerece disabled.
    Any thoughts?!

  • Hello @samshayyan,

Do you get the errors when only WooCommerce is active (all other plugins disabled)?

Also, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and use the drop-down at the top of the page to select any fatal error logs from the date when this happened. Click the view button to load the log. Copy it and paste it here in your reply if there’s anything in it.

Let us know what you find out and we’ll go from there.

    Thanks!

well, I’m not sure, I did what you suggested. If only Woocommerce is enabled, site health shows no error. The site I’m working on is a huge site with so many plugins. Someone told me to install the plugin name Native PHP Sessions for WordPress. it seems it resolved the issue for now.

    Thank you,

    Hey @samshayyan,

I’m glad it’s working for you now. It is difficult to test on a live site. You might consider setting up a staging site, a copy of the live site for testing.

Then you could run a complete plugin conflict test to find out what’s causing the trouble. This guide can walk you through how to do that.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Cheers
