    Hi,

    I’m receiving the following message when I try to pay with MyBank local payment method:

    Local payment options are invalid

    In sandbox enviroment I’m able to reach the mock up form.

    Is there any missing configuration I have to do?

    Sure, here’s an improved version in English:

    I discovered that the issue was related to an authorization needed from the Braintree team.

    I successfully tested a payment in the live environment using my bank account. However, after completing the payment successfully with my bank, the form used to complete the payment remains open, and it must be manually closed to load the order confirmation.

    Is it possible to improve this experience?

    Do you observe this same experience in Sandbox mode or is it only in Production?

    In Sandbox mode, it is not possible to complete a test because the following form is displayed:

    However, if you click on “Proceed with Sandbox Purchase,” nothing happens.
