There seems to be an issue with the plug-in and the latest version of Safari. I have the latest version of the plug-in installed (1.16.2) and since the update of Safari, I and other colleagues keep getting the error “This page was reloaded because a problem occured”. Chrome and other browsers work fine. Is this a known issue and do you have a fix for this?

    Thanks in advance!

PS: I have the plug-in disabled for now so the website can be loaded by other users who use the latest Safari version.
PPS: this issue doesn’t occur on the previous version of Safari.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello @proby – thanks for writing in and sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Have you tried to check it using the browser’s private mode to see if the issue still persists?

I’ve tested this using my test site and it seems everything is displaying as expected on my end.

Since you have mentioned that the issue occurs after you have updated the browser to its latest version then please always ensure that the browser’s cache & on-site cache plugin have been cleared/deleted/emptied to avoid this type of issues.
    ?
Hope this helps. If you have further questions, just let us know. Thank you!

    Hi Maria,

the cache is cleared: on the website as well as in my browser. I re-activated the plug-in just now, could you try and load the website to see if you see the error as well?

    Thanks for keeping us updated.

I rechecked the website again using Safari browser and there seems to be no error displaying on the website. Please see this screen recording: https://share.getcloudapp.com/DOu6jGLz

If you are still experiencing the problem, could you send us a screenshot or screen recording of it?
