    Hello Adam,

Sorry for the late response. i have shared the site health information as per you suggested through the form. when i reinstall the older version my site working fine. when update, i cant even login to dashboard. by using recovery mode, i deactivated the plugin and website worked fine. no other attempts can made bcz its a live site. but always welcome for the solutions.

Thanks for sharing your Site Health information @safnasash, and appreciate you sharing the results from your troubleshooting. As it’s not ideal to continue using an older version of the plugin, feel free to create a copy of your site so you’re no longer using the live site. This may be useful to troubleshoot from. I can see you’re using an All-in-one migration plugin, so you may already be familiar about creating a copy of your site.

If you are able to create a copy of your site, please enable troubleshooting mode via the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enabling only Site Kit and not your other plugins in this mode (which will impact you only, and not regular visitors to your site). After doing so, please update to the latest version of Site Kit once more, checking does the same issue occur. If not, this indicated a conflict with a theme or plugin that you have active. You can enable these one by one, checking your site each time, to determine the plugin that is conflicting with Site Kit.

If you’re unable to create a copy of your site, you can perform the same check on the live site if you wish. Should you encounter issues with your site going down, you can easily deactivate/activate Site Kit anytime using your hosting control panels file manager system or FTP, by renaming the Site Kit directory (wp-content/plugins/google-site-kit).

Let us know if you have any questions with the above.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved once more. Should the issue remain, feel free to reopen this topic while sharing the results of any checks with the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin as suggested above. Thank you.
