    Hello,

    I had several issues since the last update and I do not know how to contact the plugin support. When I go to this link https://estatik.net/support-area/, they ask me to log in but I do not know how to subscribe in the first place.

    The issues I have are:

    • I cannot make the Estatik widget work anymore (it works horizontally but I need it vertical)
    • Properties prices are in dollars although I set them to be in euros
    • I do not have image sliders anymore and it seems the property images got deleted…
    • I now get a contact form in the property which I cannot edit and the phone field is stuck to the American (1) area code…

    I wish there was at least some way to contact the support, these issues are really important to me.

  • Hi! How you fixed the error? I have the same problem with the images in the property single pages

    and i can’t sign in their support site

    Hi there,

    Please try the following:

    1. To use grid instead of list view, you need to add layout attribute to your [es_my_listing] shortcode. So it will be like [es_my_listing layout=grid-3] You can get all the list if attributes here >> https://estatik.net/docs/listings-2/
    2. Make sure that you have also the correct currency selected in Data Manager – > Currency settings.
    3. Did you proceed with Migration when you upgraded the version? If you missed out this step, not all configuration and images were imported.
    4. You can delete Request info form. Click here to learn how you can do that. Currently, you can remove the flag portion of the widget via css. You can contact us via Contact us page and we will help with that. We will consider that and will improve it in the next updates.
