Issue with Jetpack related content

I’m using Jetpack related content on my site, and noticed that on pages with comments the lazy load plugin seems to interfere – no related content is shown. Any articles without comments display fine.

Here’s an example URL – the related content is supposed to be shown directly below the new comment reply form:

Any ideas?
