Issue with Internet Explorer

  • My page created in Hello Elementor theme does not appear correctly in Internet Explorer. It works prorperly on all other browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox..).

    The bacground color of certain sections (single color background) does not show (rendered as white), button design is missing. Noticed that sections with gradient background are rendered correctly.

    Any idea where to look for solution?

  • Hey Boris,

    Since the introduction of Elementor 2.5, more recent and modern layout options available in CSS which may not be supported by old browsers like IE (internet explorer).

    Microsoft has officially ended support for the IE versions 8 through to 11 which means that the rendering engines that load the elements of a web page will no longer be updated and also security fixes will no longer be applied which in this case the only partially supported in IE and is known to have layout issues as you can see from the link below

    Therefore we have officially dropped support for IE Since Elementor version 3.0.0
