    Hello,

I am encountering an issue with infinite scroll on our shop page. When a user scrolls down to, say, page 2 and clicks on a product to view its details, upon returning to the shop page, the infinite scroll automatically triggers and loads new products, instead of preserving the user’s previous scroll position.

I’ve observed that when I disable LiteSpeed cache, the issue no longer occurs, and the infinite scroll behaves as expected.

Could you advise if there is a specific setting or exclusion we should apply in the cache configuration to ensure the infinite scroll functions properly?

I appreciate your assistance and look forward to your guidance.

    Best regards,
    Rok

    Hi Oleg,

Thanks for getting back to me.

After testing, I’ve found that even with both the LSCWP cache and Cloudflare (CF) cache disabled, the issue persists.

    I’ve tried the following:

    • Disabled every plugin except WooCommerce and WP Rocket Infinity Scroll.
    • Switched to the default Storefront theme or Twenty Tweny.
    • Disabled Cloudflare (CF).

Given these steps, I believe there may be a bug in the plugin itself.

Please conduct your own testing. Before you begin, please use an iPhone with Safari for testing and you should be logged in / registered.

    Steps to replicate the issue:

    1. Register at the website.
    2. Check that you are logged in.
    3. Navigate to the shop section.
    4. Scroll down until the infinity scroll activates.
    5. Open a product page.
    6. Go back one page.
    7. You will be positioned at a random position, or the infinity scroll will activate again.

    Looking forward to your response!

    Best regards,

    Rok!
