Issue with importing the description

    The plugin was working fine until last week. It won’t import the description of the product at all anymore. I tried it from two different websites. It only imports the specifications but not the description. The option is already set to import both the specifics & product description. I tried just the description option by itself as well and that didn’t work. I tried different AliExpress stores as well. Something is wrong with the plugin.

    Thank you so much for the quick update. I just tested it but I’m getting an error. Maybe you are still working on it.

    Here is the error:

    I just tested by updating the plugin on my dev site and there’s no such issue.
    Please try running the update again or remove the plugin and reinstall it.

    Thanks again. I was able to update the plugin. However, the issue with importing the description is not fixed yet. It only imports specifics but nothing from the description. I cleared the browsing data, caches, history, etc .

    Please:
    1. Check your settings again to see if you changed that option when you first saw the issue
    2. Import a product and wait for several seconds before going to Import list.
    3. Make sure the product you import has description

    It only takes several seconds.

    Well, I leave it up to 5 min, and they don’t download. If they appear to select before passing it to products but then in products they are not

    If your issue is different, please create a new one. Based on what you said ” If they appear to select before passing it to products but then in products they are not” I think you have a different issue.
