Issue with Importer – Product Thumbnail Mismatch

  • Hi,
    This issue is not related to our plugin. It imports product images properly, how gallery images are displayed is dependent on your theme or some plugins that customize product gallery or an other plugin causes conflict with your theme.
    Yon can debug it by:
    1. Deactivating all plugins but ours and WooCommerce -> view a product to see if the issue still occurs
    2. Switching to Storefront theme to see if the issue still occurs.

    We’ve been using this plugin for half a year now, the recent products imported with thumbnail issues were just a few weeks ago.
    Before that, all of the imports are good.

    So did you try all my above suggestions?
