issue with import tables

Hello

I need to import this file which is a xls file but actually it has html code:
https://www.barnafikrause.com/wp-content/uploads/FOLLETO_WEB.xls

and display it using PODs, It works well but in some fields, eliminates the blank spaces.

For Example
It works like this https://www.barnafikrause.com/wp-content/uploads/book2.jpg
But should works like this https://www.barnafikrause.com/wp-content/uploads/book1.jpg

Please help me =)
