Issue with image URL in media on Multisite

  • Hi,

    Can anyone think of any reason why while an image’s GUID is

    https://DOMAIN/wp-content/uploads/sites/28/2017/06/1288_image.jpg

    in the media library is its shown as broken link and the URL is:

    https://DOMAIN/wp-content/uploads/sites/28/sites/28/2017/06/1288_image.jpg

    does the media library NOT take the image path from the GUID?

    it appends /sites/28/ twice.

  • Try reuploading the image. Or disable all plugins and change the theme and reupload again.

    Thanks for your reply however this does not answer my initial question ?? Where does media gallery take the image URL from?

    Probably from this function: wp_get_attachment_url()
    By the way, also check out the values of the Upload Path and Upload Path URL settings that are visible on the settings page when you edit a site. My values are empty, might be something wrong there on your end.
