    Dear TranslatePress Support Team,

I am using WP Media Folder to upload and manage all images via Dropbox, instead of storing them on the default WordPress media library. While everything generally works as expected, I am encountering an issue where images do not load when I switch to the secondary language (English) on my website.

The image URLs remain the same across both language versions, but it seems that TranslatePress is blocking or not processing the AJAX calls correctly, which prevents the images from loading on the English version. In the default language (German), the images display without any problems.

I have already reached out to the WP Media Folder support team, and they confirmed that there are no issues with their plugin configuration. Therefore, I am reaching out to you in the hope that you can help me resolve this problem.

For reference, here is an example post where the first image only appears on the German version, even though the image source URL remains identical: https://bedy2.myrdbx.io/insights/test-image-post/

I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to help resolve this issue.

Thank you in advance for your support.

    Kind regards,
    Alex

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching us!

Have you tried the advanced settings from Settings->TranslatePress->Advanced tab?

If not, try to enable the “Fix missing dynamic content” and see if this fix the issue.

Also, what you can do if this solve won’t work is to run a conflict test:

??Briefly disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty One theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi,
I’ve attempted enabling the “Fix Missing Dynamic Content” setting and have disabled all other plugins to troubleshoot. It appears there’s a conflict between TranslatePress and the WP Media Folder plugin, possibly related to how images are loaded via AJAX.
    Thanks
