issue with image in popup

  • Hi, I’ve got the pro-version and sent out a question last week (through Envato Market) regarding an issue with the image in the popup, that shows a square version of the image instead of the original image like it should.

    It’s getting an urgent matter, so I would like to know if there is anyone out there to assist on this matter.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site.
    This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
    I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
